Florida Ave NW Reconstruction T Street NW to Barry Place NW
Mayor Muriel Bowser is committed to providing safe streets across the District, and the Florida Avenue NW Reconstruction project is an important piece of that commitment. This project encompasses reconstruction of the roadway section of 9th St./Florida Ave NW from T St. to Barry Pl. to improve vehicular and pedestrian safety. Reconfiguration of the intersection at Florida Ave./Sherman Ave with pavement reconstruction. Improvements of streetscape elements including sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs and gutters, pavement marking, landscape and streetlights.
