The project team will present a near-final District Freight Plan Update and address questions from the community at this public meeting, which is a follow-up to our May 24, 2023, public meeting. A freight plan is a federally required document that defines short-and long-term goals, objectives, needs, recommendations, projects, and performance measures for the District freight system.
