The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is conducting a high-level feasibility study of the North Capitol Street Corridor, which has been identified as a high crash corridor in the District’s moveDC plan. The study is a preliminary assessment of the existing transportation network, and study results will help inform the scope of future project phases starting in 2024 and will guide development concepts and preliminary corridor designs.
