The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) invites you to attend a public meeting about DDOT’s 18th St NW Restripping Plan on May 27, 2026.
As part of the District’s ongoing transition to permanent streatery configurations, 18th St is returning to standard curbside operations. DDOT is evaluating adjustments to roadway markings and curbside uses along 18th St NW. These updates are intended to ensure the corridor functions safely and efficiently for all users while reflecting evolving travel patterns and community needs.
