This presentation provides a summary of the Submittal, Review and Construction Acceptance process for Horizontal Development Projects that will affect District Right-of-Way and require review by DDOT Infrastructure Project Management Administration(IPMA).
Horizontal Development Project Developers should be familiar with this process to ensure projects advance as efficiently as possible and to avoid potential delays. These slides include requirements for:
- Submittal of initial project background information.
- Requirement for a Memorandum of Agreement and review fee payment.
- Design phase submittal requirements and coordination with DDOT Divisions.
- Submittal of documentation for public space permits.
- Compliance requirements during construction, including review and approval of materials QA/QC.
- Process for Substantial Completion and Final Acceptance.
