The 11th Annual Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Summit and Networking Symposium virtually connects businesses with government decision-makers, prime contractors, and information essential to successfully conducting business with the District of Columbia government. The summit is co-sponsored by the USDOT Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the District Department of Transportation (DDOT).
