Sharon Kershbaum has spent the past six years serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the DC Department of Human Services. She previously served at the US Department of Treasury as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Management and Budget (Presidential Appointee) and Director of HQ Operations (Senior Executive Service). Sharon also worked for the District Government during the Fenty Administration as a “CapStat” Program Manager in the City Administrator’s Office as well as the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer.
