Ian Maggard currently serves as Chief of Staff at the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), bringing over a decade of dedicated service to District government. He previously served as Senior Advisor to the Director and spent more than five years on DDOT's Performance Team where he developed expertise in data-driven operations and program evaluation. Prior to joining DDOT, Ian served as Deputy Director of the Mayor's Office of Community Relations and Services (MOCRS), managing critical constituent services and community engagement initiatives across the District. A graduate of the University of the District of Columbia with a BA in History, Ian has called Washington, DC home for nearly two decades, bringing both professional expertise and a resident's perspective to his work serving the District and its communities.
