Michelle Simms is the Program Officer for the DDOT Customer Service Clearinghouse. She began her tenure at DDOT in 2012 and during that time has been acknowledged for her achievement, dedication, and performance in customer service.
Michelle began her professional customer service career in the private sector at the tech intersection of email, data service, and the internet. She is considered a pioneer of technology for her first rate supervisory and administrative call center operations support.
Michelle is a customer service ambassador who has successfully led teams in several ISO 9001/2000 certification audits. She is the recipient of a very prestigious telecommunications customer service award during her tenure in the private sector.
Michelle is also recognized for marketing, research, and sales achievements. She is the recipient of Retention Revenue Growth Achievement Award and a Cambridge Who's Who among Executive and Professional Women Honors Edition.
Michelle received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
