Benning Road Bridges and Transportation Improvements Project Open House

Join the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) for an open house on updates to the Benning Road Bridges and Transportation Improvements Project. The session will begin with a presentation at 6:15 pm, followed by discussions on the latest design updates and the anticipated Phase 1 construction, set to start in summer 2026. This phase includes replacing the Willie J. Hardy Bridge, enhancing safety at the Benning Road NE/DC-295 interchange, and improving pedestrian and bicycle facilities.
