Transit Advisory: DDOT to Modify DC Streetcar and DC Circulator Service for Christmas and New Year's Holidays

DDOT to Modify DC Streetcar and DC Circulator
Service for Christmas and New Year's Holidays

 

(Washington, DC) — In observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will modify the service schedules for the DC Streetcar and the DC Circulator as follows:

DC Streetcar:

  • 12/24/2019 Christmas Eve – Normal operation
  • 12/25/2019 Christmas Day – Closed
  • 12/31/2019 New Year’s Eve – Service extended until 2:00 a.m.
  • 1/1/2020 New Year’s Day – Shortened service from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.


DC Circulator:

  • 12/24/2019 Christmas Eve – Normal operation
  • 12/25/2019 Christmas Day – Closed
  • 12/31/2019 New Year’s Eve – Service extended until 2:00 a.m. on three routes: Georgetown-Union Station; Rosslyn-Dupont Circle; and Woodley Park
  • 1/1/2020 New Year’s Day – Normal operation
