(Washington DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close the southbound right lane on the Francis Scott Key Bridge (toward Rosslyn) Wednesday, April 5, 2017, from 10 am to 3 pm.

This closure is necessary as a part of the ongoing Key Bridge Rehabilitation Project.

Motorists may experience moderate-to-heavy delays, and DDOT encourages motorists and cyclists to stay alert as they travel through the work zones.

The mission of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is to enhance the quality of life for District residents and visitors by ensuring that people, goods, and information move efficiently and safely with minimal adverse impact on residents and the environment.
