Washington DC - The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will be implementing a series of temporary off-peak lane closures and sidewalk closures near the intersection of K Street and 19th Street, NW from Thursday, December 12 to Friday, December 13, 2013, weather permitting. These closures will take place from 9:30 am and 3:30 pm.

The temporary closures, which are necessary to install ADA improvements in the surrounding area, will affect eastbound and westbound traffic on K Street, NW and southbound traffic on 19th Street, NW.

Temporary signs and barricades will be in place to alert and guide the traveling public in this area. DDOT encourages all commuters to stay alert as they travel in this corridor.

All construction related work and dates are subject to change, depending on weather, utility companies, material and contract availability or other unforeseen conditions.
