On Monday, September 3, in observance of Labor Day, construction activities in the District are suspended. Lane closures will not be allowed for non-emergency work on the roadways and sidewalks within the District's right of way. This includes manhole access and construction-related deliveries. DDOT encourages permit holders to take extra measures to secure their work sites during the moratorium.
