Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP)

The Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) is a performance-based plan to achieve a State of Good for pavement and bridge infrastructure in the District of Columbia and to preserve and improve the condition of the National Highway System (NHS).

The TAMP was developed in June 2019, per the requirements established by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) and the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) acts.
