Haley Peckett is the Associate Director of the Curbside Manager Division at the District Department of Transportation in Washington, D.C. She leads an interdisciplinary team overseeing curbside technology, revenue collection, and asset management to ensure safe, equitable access to the District’s curbsides. Haley has extensive experience leading multimodal transportation projects in an urban environment, including bus, bicycle, pedestrian, and vehicular transportation modes. Haley also co-led moveDC, the District’s long-range transportation plan update, in 2021.
Haley has over 15 years of experience in transportation planning and project management, with expertise in NEPA, transit service planning, public engagement, and performance management. Prior to joining DDOT, Haley worked at the USDOT Volpe Center, where she led transportation planning and program management for parks and public lands, as well as in the private sector in land use planning. Haley is active in WTS-DC, Transportation Research Board, and American Planning Association/ American Institute of Certified Planners.
