Massachusetts Avenue Thomas Circle Underpass Set to Undergo Work

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will be conducting nighttime maintenance as part of the final work on the Thomas Circle project in Northwest. Work will take place inside the Massachusetts Avenue underpass between 13th and 17th Streets, NW, under Thomas Circle.
The underpass will be closed from 8 pm Wednesday, August 23, through 5 am Thursday, August 24. Traffic will be detoured to the eastbound and westbound Massachusetts Avenue service roadways.
