Gray will announce his selections for Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services; Director of the HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STD and TB Administration; and Directors of the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking; Office of Ex-Offender Affairs; Office of African Affairs; and Youth Advisory Council.
